Late last year i purchased my Ram 3500 Cummins diesel from Auto Haven. The process was smooth and straight forward. After a little break in time on the ball joints that were replaced during the safety, I started to notice a little wandering going on in the steering when driving straight. I went back to the dealer, they kindly took the truck back in, gave it a fresh alignments and made some minor adjustments to the steering box for me without hassle and the truck has been fantastic since. The owner himself is very easy going and easy to work with, and the new mechanic on site is fantastic. He even went out of his way to retorque and grease all of the other front end components completely unrelated to the minor issues the truck had just to be sure id leave a happy customer. All in all, id buy another truck from this dealer any day!
